4. Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?
We operate from Larkspur, USA (94939). We ship worldwide to the global knife and gear community. However, due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to a small number of Asian countries and certain remote regions. The checkout system will automatically notify you if we cannot service your address.
5. What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two transparent, trackable options:
- 🚀 Standard Shipping (Recommended): $12.95 USD flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch (plus 1-2 days processing). Full tracking included.
- 🐢 Free Economy Shipping: FREE on orders over $50 USD via EMS (International Postal Service). Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch (plus 1-2 days processing). Also fully tracked. Perfect for planned purchases.

Every item gets a final quality check and is then packed securely and discreetly in plain, sturdy packaging. Your privacy and the item’s safety are paramount—no external branding indicates the contents.
