We’re confident in the quality and performance of our products. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. 1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective materials intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number or confirmation email is required.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item).
2. Non-Returnable Items IMPORTANT
Due to the specialized nature of our products and legal considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- All Butterfly Knives (Balisongs) & Butterfly Knife Trainers: This includes all brands listed in our menu such as BRS, Bradley, Benchmade (Butterfly), Boker (Butterfly), DogBite, Bear and Son, Bear OPS, Artisan Cutlery, Brous Blades, Emerson, and dedicated trainers. Due to their status as precision tools/collectibles and potential legal restrictions, these are final sale once the original seal is broken or if used.
- Automatic Knives (Tactical): All automatic knives, due to their mechanical complexity and legal regulations.
- Personalized or Used Items: Any item that has been used, altered, sharpened, disassembled, or shows signs of wear.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be explicitly marked at the time of purchase.
Why this policy? As enthusiasts ourselves, we recognize these tools are often collected, flipped, and used immediately. For the safety, integrity of our inventory, and compliance with various jurisdictions, we must enforce this policy strictly.
3. The Return/Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with your request. Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details & Reason: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return. For exchanges, specify the desired replacement item (subject to availability).
- Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request (typically within 1-2 business days) and, if eligible, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship any item back without an RMA number.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your RMA email, and ship it to our facility at:

USA - Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (process takes 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your request.
4. Refunds & Credits
Approved Returns (Refunds):
- Timing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Amount: You will be refunded the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted unless the return is due to our error.
- Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or PayPal’s policies.
Approved Exchanges:
- If the replacement item is of equal or lesser value, we will ship it once the return is approved. For items of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference before shipping.
- Exchange shipping (for the new item) is free within the continental US. International customers may incur additional shipping charges.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos/videos clearly showing the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for the replacement and provide a prepaid return label. This policy applies to all products, including non-returnable items listed above.
