Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods, Time & Cost

We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia due to carrier restrictions). Please review your local laws regarding knife ownership before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

3. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our gear. However, due to the specialized nature of our products, our policy is designed to be clear and fair for both our community and our operational integrity.

Eligibility Criteria

• Timeframe: You must initiate a return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective materials intact.
• Proof of Purchase: Your order number or confirmation email is required.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Also Non-Returnable: Any personalized item, used item (showing wear, sharpened, disassembled), and items marked “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”

The Return/Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected]. Use subject line: "Return/Exchange Request: Order #[Your Order Number]".
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s), reason for return, and for exchanges, your desired replacement (subject to stock).
3. Receive Instructions: Our team will review within 1-2 business days. If eligible, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. DO NOT ship without an RMA.
4. Package & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your RMA email, and ship to:

5. Track Your Return: Use a trackable shipping service and keep your proof of postage. We are not responsible for untracked returns lost in transit.
6. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we inspect the item (3-5 business days). We will email you with the approval or rejection of your request.

Refunds & Credits

For Approved Returns (Refunds):

• Timing: Upon approval, your refund is processed. A credit is automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Amount: You are refunded the item’s purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted unless the return is our error.
• Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or PayPal.

For Approved Exchanges:

• If the replacement is of equal/lesser value, we ship it once the return is approved.
• For a higher-value item, we will invoice you for the difference first.
• Exchange shipping (for the new item) is free within the continental US. International customers may incur charges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include clear photos/videos. We will cover all shipping costs for the replacement and provide a prepaid return label. This exception applies to ALL products, including non-returnable items listed above.
