4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

1. Order Submission: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
2. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance.
3. Order Acceptance: Your order is officially accepted when we ship the product. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays).

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in USD (US Dollars).
• We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

4.3 Shipping

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms:

• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: DHL/FedEx, $12.95 flat rate. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: EMS, free on orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
• Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to certain remote regions and parts of Asia due to carrier restrictions.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our detailed Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points:

• Eligibility: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: As stated in Section 3.2, butterfly knives, trainers, and automatic knives are final sale.
• Process: You must contact us for an RMA number before returning any item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error is ours.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence. We will cover all costs for replacement.
